      以亚麻籽油废白土为原料,用超声-微波协同技术提取其中的亚麻籽油。在单因素实验基础上,选取超声功率、液料比和预处理温度作为影响因子,以油脂回收率为响应值,通过响应面法优化超声-微波预处理工艺条件。结果表明,超声-微波预处理的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率420 W,微波功率450 W,液料比3∶?1,预处理时间9 min,预处理温度72?℃。在最佳工艺条件下,亚麻籽油的回收率为89.8%。回收的亚麻籽油色泽较浅、品质较佳,达到普通亚麻籽毛油标准。
英文摘要:
      Ultrasound-microwave-assisted extraction of flaxseed oil from oily waste clay was studied. On the basis of single factor experiment, with ultrasonic power, liquid-solid ratio and pretreatment temperature as factors, and the oil recovery rate as index, ultrasound-microwave pretreatment conditions were optimized by response surface methodology. The results indicated that the optimal pretreatment conditions were obtained as follows: ultrasonic power 420 W, microwave power 450 W, liquid-solid ratio 3∶?1, pretreatment time 9 min and pretreatment temperature 72?℃. Under these conditions , the oil recovery rate was 89.8%. The color of the recovered flaxseed oil was lighter and the quality was good, which reached the standard of crude flaxseed oil.
