| 建立了植物油中TBHQ的中性氧化铝固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析法。分别用TBHQ标准溶液10、25 μg/mL和50 μg/mL进行加标回收率和精密度试验。结果表明：加标回收率在100.0%~103.0%之间，RSD为2.0%～6.0%，说明该方法具有良好的可靠性和重现性。研究表明，该方法操作简便，油脂净化完全，结果准确可靠。 |

| A neutral alumina solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the analysis of TBHQ in vegetable oil. The standard recovery experiment and precision experiment were conducted using 10, 25 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL TBHQ standard solutions. The results showed that the recovery rate of standard and RSD were 100.0%-103.0% and 2.0%-6.0%，respectively, which showed that the method had good reliability and repeatability. The study indicated that the method had the items of simpleness, complete oil purification, and accurate and reliable result. |
