      采用分子蒸馏技术对石榴籽油脂肪酸乙酯中的共轭亚麻酸乙酯进行富集。通过单因素实验,对影响分子蒸馏纯化共轭亚麻酸乙酯的4个因素,即预热温度、进料速率、刮板转速和蒸馏温度进行了优化,然后经过两级分子蒸馏富集共轭亚麻酸乙酯。在工作压力为1.0×10-3 kPa的条件下,最终确定了纯化共轭亚麻酸乙酯的最佳工艺条件为:预热温度70?℃,进料速率2 mL/min,刮板转速120 r/min,一级蒸馏温度120?℃和二级蒸馏温度160?℃。在最佳工艺条件下,共轭亚麻酸乙酯含量从蒸馏前的80.68%提升到了95.23%。
英文摘要:
      The technology of enriching conjugated linolenic acid ethyl ester from pomegranate seed oil fatty acid ethyl ester by molecular distillation was studied. The influence factors of molecular distillation enriching conjugated linolenic acid ethyl ester (preheating temperature, feed rate, scrape speed and distillation temperature) were analyzed by single factor experiment. The optimal operation conditions were determined as follows: operation pressure 1.0×10-3 kPa, preheating temperature 70?℃, feed rate 2 mL/min, scrape speed 120 r/min, distillation temperature Ⅰ 120?℃ and distillation temperature Ⅱ 160?℃. Under these conditions, the content of conjugated linolenic acid ethyl ester increased from 80.68% before distillation to 95.23%.
