      在自行设计的反应装置中,采用吡啶硫酸氢盐离子液体为催化剂,以硬脂酸和异戊醇为原料,对硬脂酸异戊酯的制备及其低温流动性能进行了研究。结果表明:最佳反应条件为醇酸摩尔比7∶?1、反应时间30 min、催化剂用量7%、反应温度90?℃,在此反应条件下转化率为98.34%;硬脂酸异戊酯的凝点为9?℃,冷滤点为13?℃,运动黏度为3.55 mm2/s,与硬脂酸甲酯相比,凝点下降了22?℃,冷滤点下降了20?℃,运动黏度降低了40.44%。故采用异戊醇代替甲醇可有效降低生物柴油的凝点和冷滤点,改善生物柴油的低温流动性能。

      In the self-designed reaction device, isoamyl stearate was produced by stearic acid and isoamyl alcohol using pyridine bisulfate ionic liquid as catalyst, and the low-temperature fluidity was studied. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to stearic acid 7∶?1, reaction time 30 min, catalyst dosage 7% and reaction temperature 90?℃. Under these conditions, the conversion rate was 98.34%. The freezing point, cold filter point and the kinematic viscosity of isoamyl stearate were 9, 13?℃ and 3.55 mm2/s, respectively. Compared with methyl stearate, the freezing point decreased by 22?℃, the cold filter point decreased by 20?℃, and the kinematic viscosity decreased by 40.44%. Therefore, using isoamyl alcohol instead methanol could effectively reduce the freezing point and cold filter point and improve the low-temperature fluidity of biodiesel.
