      以油茶叶为原料提取多酚,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面试验优化提取条件,并测定油茶叶多酚与VC清除DPPH·、ABTS+·、O-2·的能力。结果表明:油茶叶多酚的最佳提取条件为提取时间35 min、提取温度69?℃、乙醇体积分数32%、料液比1∶?69,在此条件下,油茶叶多酚提取量为67.31 mg/g;油茶叶多酚对DPPH·、ABTS+·、O-2·的最大清除率分别为90.2%、100%、9904%,且体外抗氧化能力均优于VC。
英文摘要:
      Polyphenols were extracted from Camellia oleifera leaves. On the basis of single factor experiment, the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions. Besides, the scavenging activities of polyphenols from Camellia oleifera leaves and VC on DPPH·、ABTS+·、O2-· were studied. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction time 35 min, extraction temperature 69 ?℃, ethanol volume fraction 32% and solid-liquid ratio 1∶?69. Under these conditions, the extraction amount of polyphenols from Camellia oleifera leaves was 6731 mg/g. The maximum scavenging rates of polyphenols from Camellia oleifera leaves on DPPH·, ABTS+· and O-2·were 90.2%, 100% and 99.04% respectively, and the antioxidant capacities in vitro were better than VC.
