| Tea saponin has a variety of biological activities and is widely used in building materials, chemicals, biomedical and food industries. The high-purity tea saponin has great market value and prospects. With the starting point of basic properties of tea saponin，the purification methods of tea saponin were described, such as recrystallization, extraction, biological purification, precipitation, adsorption and membrane separation, so as to make more use of the value of tea saponin. |
