      采用国家标准方法对罗甸小米核桃果实脂肪酸、氨基酸、矿物质等主要营养成分及果实特性进行测定。结果表明:罗甸小米核桃果仁的营养成分以脂肪含量(56.57%)占绝对优势,矿物质元素Ca含量(1.27 mg/g)、Zn含量(0.027 2 mg/g)和蛋白质含量(1684%)也较丰富;果仁的脂肪酸以不饱和脂肪酸(90.83%)为主,脂肪酸中亚油酸、油酸、亚麻酸和棕榈酸的含量较高,合计9712%;果仁中含有17种氨基酸,总量为137.79 mg/g,包含8种人体必需氨基酸,占氨基酸总量的31.03%;罗甸小米核桃平均果重8.333 g,壳厚1.03 mm,仁重4987 g,出仁率为59.84%;其综合性状均达到了国家坚果1级~优级品质指标值,营养丰富,适宜大面积推广种植。

      The national standard method was used to determine the main nutritional ingredients of Juglans regia L.f. luodianense Liu et Xu, such as fatty acids, amino acids and minerals, and its fruit characteristics. The results showed that the nutritional ingredients of Juglans regia L.f. luodianense Liu et Xu kernel was dominated by the fat content(56.57%), and Ca(1.27 mg/g), Zn(0.027 2 mg/g) and protein(16.84%) were also abundant. The fatty acids of the kernel were mainly unsaturated fatty acids(9083%), and the contents of linoleic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid and palmitic acid were high, with a total content of 97.12%. The kernel contained 17 amino acids, and the total content was 137.79 mg/g, including eight kinds of essential amino acids, accounting for 31.03% of total amino acids. The average fruit weight of Juglans regia L.f. luodianense Liu et Xu was 8.333 g, and the shell thickness was 1.03 mm, the kernel weight was 4.987 g, and the kernel yield was 59.84%. The comprehensive characters of Juglans regia L.f. luodianense Liu et Xu reached the national grade 1 to excellent quality index value, which was rich in nutrition and suitable for popularization in large areas.
