      针对椰子人工去壳效率低且工人易受伤的问题,设计了基于PLC的椰子壳肉分离机电气控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心,结合光电传感器、行程开关及模拟量输入模块,实现了椰子壳肉分离机自动压紧椰果、椰果低速转动、切割机自动上升及自动切口等功能。给出了该系统的主电路图、控制电路外部接线图、顺序功能图,同时对该系统进行了仿真和实验。该系统实现了椰子切割过程自动控制,提高了生产效率及自动化程度,保证了操作人员安全。

      Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of coconut artificial shelling and easy injury of workers, a PLC-based electrical control system for coconut shell and meat separator was designed. The system took PLC as the core, combined with photoelectric sensor, travel switch and analog input module, realized some functions of coconut shell and meat separator,such as automatic compression of coconut, coconut low speed rotation, and automatic rise and automatic cutting of cutting machine. The main circuit diagram, the external wiring diagram of the control circuit and the sequence function diagram of the system were given. At the same time, the system was simulated and tested. The system realized automatic control of the coconut cutting process, improved production efficiency and automation degree, and ensured the safety of operators.
