      为探讨常用食用油对小鼠血脂水平、肥胖及糖尿病易感性的影响,选取花生油、橄榄油和猪油,均按6 g/(kg·d)(低)、12 g/(kg·d)(中)和18 g/(kg·d)(高) 3个剂量对小鼠连续灌胃64 d,测定不同剂量组食用油对小鼠血脂水平、肥胖情况、心脏及肝脏指数、血糖水平及四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病的易感性关系。结果显示:与正常组比较,低剂量猪油组小鼠血清LDL-C含量降低(P<0.05),各剂量猪油组HDL-C含量均升高(P<0.05,0.05
英文摘要:
      To explore the effects of edible oil on serum lipid level, obesity and diabetes susceptibility,peanut oil, olive oil and lard were administered as experimental subjects to mice by gastric in the doses of 6 g/(kg·d)(low), 12 g/(kg·d) (middle)and 18 g/(kg·d)(high)for 64 d. The serum lipid level, obesity, indexes of liver and heart, blood sugar level and the susceptibility of alloxan-induced diabetes were detected. The results showed that compared with the normal group, the serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol content decreased remarkably(P<0.05) in low-dose lard group, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol content increased(P<0.05,0.05
