      甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)是一种天然存在的脂类,是主要的脂肪传递介质和体内重要的储能物质,其代谢与多种疾病相关。构成TG的脂肪酸种类、不饱和度及几何构型对油脂的性质有重要的影响。因此,对不同TG分子进行分离与鉴定十分有必要。从不同脂肪酸链TG分子、TG同分异构体分子及TG对映体分子三个角度出发,对TG分子的分离鉴定方法进行概括总结,为发展稳定、快速、精准、高分辨及高通量的TG分析检测技术提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Triglycerides (TG) is a kind of natural lipid, the major fat-transporting mediators and important energy-storing substances in the body,and its metabolism is related to many diseases. The fatty acid kinds, degree of unsaturation and spatial structure of TG molecules will affect the properties of oils and fats extremely. Therefore, it is necessary to separate and identify different TG molecules. Analytical techniques in separation and identification of triglyceride molecules were reviewed from perspectives of TG with different fatty acid chains, isomers and enantiomers, so as to provide a reference for the development of stable, fast, accurate, high resolution and throughput triglyceride monitoring platform technology.
