      将素心蜡梅种子的种皮和种仁分开,采用索氏提取法测定油脂含量,以正己烷为提取溶剂得到素心蜡梅种皮油和种仁油。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对素心蜡梅种皮油和种仁油的化学成分进行分析。结果表明:素心蜡梅种皮油脂含量为12.14%,种仁油脂含量为32.51%;从种皮油中共检测出16种脂肪酸,其中14种被定性鉴定,以十八碳二烯酸(57.70%)和棕榈酸(21.78%)的含量最高;从种仁油中共检测出16种脂肪酸,其中13种被定性鉴定,以十八碳二烯酸(56.76%)和棕榈酸(17.03%)的含量最高;从种皮油和种仁油分别鉴定出18种和19种不皂化物,其主要成分均为二十三烷和二十烷。素心蜡梅种子油中富含不饱和脂肪酸,具有较高的开发和利用价值。

      The seed from Chimonanthus praecox cv.Luteus was divided into seed coat and kernel. The oil contents in seed coat and kernel were determined by Soxhlet extraction, and the seed coat oil and kernel oil were extracted with n-hexane. The chemical components of the seed coat oil and kernel oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the oil contents in seed coat and kernel were 12.14% and 3251% respectively. 16 fatty acids were detected in seed coat oil, in which 14 fatty acids were qualitatively identified with contents of octadecadienoic acid(57.70%)and palmitic acid(2178%)as the highest. 16 fatty acids were detected in kernel oil, in which 13 fatty acids were qualitatively identified with contents of octadecadienoic acid(56.76%)and palmitic acid(17.03%)as the highest. 18 and 19 unsaponifiable matters were identified from seed coat oil and kernel oil respectively, mainly including tricosane and eicosane. The oil from Chimonanthus praecox cv. Luteus seed was rich in unsaturated fatty acids, so it had higher development and utilization value.
