      在全面继承和提炼传统小磨香油工艺精髓的基础上,通过升级关键环节技术装备,大胆创新,提出规模化、自动化、标准化生产小磨香油的工艺技术路线,并进行详细的工艺流程设计。以年加工4 800 t芝麻的生产车间为例,进行符合GMP要求的小磨香油自动化生产车间设计,包括生产规模及产品方案、主要工艺设备选型及车间布局设计。实现传统小磨香油工艺的现代化升级改造。

      On the basis of refining the technological characteristics of traditional pure sesame oil, the technological route of large-scale, automatic and standardized production of pure sesame oil was put forward through upgrading the key technical equipment and innovation, and the detailed technological process design was carried out. Take the workshop of 4 800 t sesame annually as an example, the automated workshop design for traditional pure sesame oil in line with GMP requirements was carried out, including production scale, product plan, selection of main technological equipment and workshop layout design. The modernization and upgrading of traditional pure sesame oil technology were realized.
