| 大豆加工产业是涉及油、肉、蛋、奶等民生产品的重要产业，对维护国家粮食安全、稳定油脂及饲料原料市场供应意义重大。进入21世纪以来，随着我国加入WTO，大豆贸易全面放开，大豆加工业发生了深刻变化，有必要对大豆加工历史进行回顾，对大豆加工产业存在的挑战进行分析，并对未来发展提出建议。我国大豆加工产业经过多年发展，取得了长足进步，但在原料采购能力、产品研发能力、成本控制能力、销售溢价能力等方面，与国际领先水平相比还存在一定差距；需要从管理好国际价格风险、提升加工环节精细化能力、提升产品及销售溢价能力三个方面不断提升企业竞争力，提升大豆加工产业高质量发展水平。 |

| Soybean processing industry is a keystone industry involving people’s livelihood such as oil, meat, eggs and milk. It is also of great significance for food security and stabilizing market supply of oils and feed ingredients. Since China joined WTO in the beginning of the 21st century, soybean trade has been fully open and profound changes have taken place in this industry. It is necessary to review the history of soybean processing, analyze the challenges in soybean processing industry, and make suggestions for future development. China’s soybean processing industry has made considerable progress after years of growth. However, there is still a certain gap compared with the international leading level in the industry in terms of raw material procurement, product research and development capacity, cost control and sales premium. Competitiveness of enterprises could be improved by better managing international price risks, strengthening refined management in processing and enhancing the product and sales premium so as to create high-quality growth of the industry. |
