以油酸钠为研究对象,利用微波选择性作用于油酸钠羧基端的作用机理,分别在不加催化剂和加入催化剂(KCl、FeCl3、CaCO3)的条件下,采用油酸钠微波裂解脱羧制备烃类燃料,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪对不同条件下微波裂解脱羧所得液体产物进行对比分析。结果表明:未加入催化剂的液体产物产率随着微波功率的增加而增加;在800 W的微波功率下使用KCl作为催化剂能有效加快油酸钠微波裂解脱羧的效率,使得液体产物产率达到85.1%,反应完成时间缩短;与无催化剂的微波裂解脱羧反应的液体产物相比,加入催化剂后液体产物中烃类相对峰面积大部分有所减少,且存在芳香烃。 |

Based on the mechanism of selective action of microwave on carboxyl terminal of sodium oleate, hydrocarbon fuel was produced by sodium oleate using microwave-assisted pyrolysis decarboxylation without catalyst or with catalyst (KCl,FeCl3,CaCO3), and the liquid products were compared and analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that with microwave power increasing,the yield of liquid product obtained by microwave-assisted pyrolysis decarboxylation without catalyst increased; when using KCl as catalyst,the efficiency of microwave-assisted pyrolysis decarboxylation of sodium oleate at 800 W improved effectively, the reaction time shortened and the yield of liquid product reached 85.1%;comparing with liquid product obtained by microwave-assisted pyrolysis decarboxylation without catalyst, most of the relative peak areas of hydrocarbon in liquid product obtained by microwave-assisted pyrolysis decarboxylation with catalyst reduced, and aromatic hydrocarbon was detected. |
