The near-infrared spectrum analysis model was established by installing the online near-infrared detection equipment on the production line of soybean meal. The accuracy of the test results of online near-infrared analyzer was evaluated through detecting thirty soybean meal samples by standard error prediction(SEP). The practice proved that the online near-infrared process analytical technology applied in the industrial production of soybean meal effectively ensured the quality of product. |
