      以邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)为固化剂、N,N-二甲基苄胺(BDMA)为催化剂,采用变温红外法对环氧大豆油(ESO)的固化进行研究,通过自催化模型拟合得到了反应速率常数、活化能和反应级数等动力学参数。结果表明,固化环氧大豆油为两阶段反应,其中引发阶段的活化能大于循环阶段活化能,引发阶段反应速率常数随温度升高而增大,反应总级数随温度升高变化不大。在此基础上,通过万能力学试验机、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析等研究了固化条件对固化产物力学性能的影响,发现随着固化剂和催化剂用量的增加,固化产物拉伸强度和玻璃化转变温度均增大;断裂伸长率和最大热分解温度受催化剂影响更大,随催化剂用量的增加,固化产物韧性降低,最大热分解温度增大。

      With phthalic anhydride (PA) as curing agent and N, N-dimethyl benzyl amine (BDMA) as catalyst, the curing of epoxy soybean oil (ESO) was investigated by variable temperature infrared spectroscopy method, and the kinetics parameters (reaction rate constant, activation energy and reaction order) were obtained by fitting autocatalytic model. The results showed that there were two stages in the curing of ESO, in which the activation energy of initiation stage was higher than that of circulation stage. The reaction rate constant of initiation stage increased with the temperature rising, while the total reaction order changed slightly. The effects of curing conditions on the mechanics properties of cured product were studied using universal mechanics testing machine, DSC and TG. It was found that with dosages of PA and BDMA increasing, the tensile strength and vitrification transition temperature increased. Catalyst had great influence on the elongation at break and maximum thermal decomposition temperature. With the dosage of catalyst increasing, the toughness of cured product decreased, while the maximum thermal decomposition temperature rised.
