      T1脂肪酶是一种新型耐热脂肪酶,能催化油酸与甘油的酯化反应。当甘油与油酸物质的量比2∶?1、酶的添加量9.7 U/g(占总反应物质量)、缓冲液的添加量5%(占总反应物质量)和转速542 r/min时,考察不同反应温度(40、50、60?℃)下T1脂肪酶催化油酸与甘油酯化反应的动力学。结果表明,T1脂肪酶催化该酯化反应活化能为20.272 9 kJ/mol;当反应温度较低(40?℃)时遵循准一级反应;随着反应温度升高到较高范围(50、60?℃),则变为准二级反应。
英文摘要:
      T1 lipase was a kind new thermostable lipase and it could catalyze esterification of oleic acid and glycerol. Under the conditions of molar ratio of glycerol to oleic acid 2∶?1, dosage of enzyme 9.7 U/g(based on total mass of reactants) , dosage of Tris-HCl buffer 5%(based on total mass of reactants) and stirring speed 542 r/min, the kinetics of esterification of oleic acid and glycerol catalyzed with T1 lipase at different temperatures were inveastigated. The results showed that the activation energy was 20.272 9 kJ/mol. The kinetic model was pseudo-first order reaction when reaction temperature was lower (40?℃), but it became pseudo-second order reaction when the reaction temperature increased to 50?℃ and 60?℃.
