为提高红花籽油品质,通过酶法辅助适温压榨制取红花籽油,并利用响应面设计优化其工艺参数。结果表明:红花籽油最佳制取条件为水分8.56%、压榨温度72.9?℃、压力3.86 MPa、喂料速度2 050 kg/h、酶用量2.4%、酶解温度50.7?℃、酶解时间4.5 h;在此条件下红花籽油中亚油酸含量达到80%,VE含量达到460 mg/kg,甾醇总含量达到4 275 mg/kg,出油率为23.96%。 |

In order to improve the quality of safflower seed oil, safflower seed oil was produced by enzyme-assisted optimum temperature pressing, and the process parameters were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal parameters were obtained as follows: water content 8.56%, pressing temperature 72.9?℃, pressure 3.86 MPa, feeding rate 2 050 kg/h, dosage of enzyme 2.4%, enzymolysis temperature 50.7?℃ and enzymolysis time 4.5 h. Under these conditions, the content of linoleic acid, vitamin E and sterols in safflower seed oil reached 80%, 460 mg/kg and 4 275 mg/kg respectively, and the oil yield was 23.96%. |
