      采用微乳液法制备高比表面积、簇状多片层载体Al2O3,利用浸渍法获得Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3固体酸催化剂。采用SEM、EDS、XRD、TG-DTG和N2吸附脱附等手段对固体酸Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3进行了表征和分析。同时,考察固体酸Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3对油酸与甲醇酯化反应的催化活性。结果表明:固体酸Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3具有较高的催化活性;当甲醇与油酸摩尔比8∶?1、反应时间6 h、反应温度140?℃、催化剂用量7%(占油酸质量)时,油酸转化率可达93.5%;无水乙醇洗涤可防止催化剂颗粒团聚,经无水乙醇洗涤后催化剂循环使用性能表现良好。

      High specific surface area Al2O3 with areatus multiple layers was prepared by microemulsion method. Solid acid Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3 was obtained by impregnation method. Solid acid Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3 was characterized and analyzed via field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermal gravity analysis(TG-DTG) and N2 adsorption-desorption. The catalytic activity of Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3 was examined as catalyst in the production of biodiesel from oleic acid with methanol. The results showed that solid acid Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3 had higher catalytic activity. Under the conditions of molar ratio of methanol to oleic acid 8∶?1, reaction time 6 h, reaction temperature 140?℃, and catalyst dosage 7%(based on the mass of oleic acid), the conversion rate of oleic acid reached 93.5%.The agglomeration of catalyst particles could be prevented by anhydrous alcohol washing and solid acid Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3 washed by anhydrous alcohol showed good recycling performance.
