The oil content of peony seed is above 22%, and the contents of unsaturated fatty acid and linolenic acid in peony seed oil are 92% and 41% respectively. So the peony seed oil has high nutritional value. The development of peony seed oil was introduced in detail, and the extraction method, component, function and characteristics of peony seed oil were summarized. The comprehensive utilization value of oil peony was analyzed. Finally, the existing problems and prospects were put forward in order to provide a reference for the vigorous development of oil penoy. |
