为有效提取金花葵籽油,采用响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取金花葵籽油工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选择萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为影响因素,以金花葵籽油得率为响应值,采用中心组合 Box-Behnken 试验设计建立数学模型进行响应面分析,并对金花葵籽油脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取金花茶籽油最佳工艺条件为萃取压力32 MPa、萃取温度40?℃、萃取时间120 min,金花葵籽油得率为(22.9±0.2)%;金花葵籽油中脂肪酸组成以不饱和脂肪酸为主,占76.12%,其中棕榈油酸0.58%、亚油酸35.65%和油酸39.89%。超临界CO2萃取可作为萃取金花葵籽油的有效方法,金花葵籽油可作为食用保健油开发。 |

In order to extract Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil (HSO), response surface methodology was used to optimize the conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil. Based on single factor experiment, with extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time as factors and yield of Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil as index, the mathematical model was established by central composite experiment (Box-Behnken) for response surface analysis, and the fatty acid composition of Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil was analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction condition were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 32 MPa, extraction temperature 40?℃, and extraction time 120 min. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil was (22.9±0.2)%. The main fatty acids of Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil were unsaturated fatty acids, which accounted for 76.12%, and the contents of palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid were 0.58%, 35.65% and 39.89% respectively. The research indicated that supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was a suitable method for extracting Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil and Hibiseu smanihot L. seed oil could be developed as edible healthy oil. |
