用石油醚作溶剂,采用索氏抽提法测定了油桐100个优良家系种子含油率,并采用GC法分析了桐油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明:油桐含油率主要分布在50.00%~60.00%之间,最大值62.55%,最小值46.95%,平均值55.24%;桐油基本由桐酸、亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸和亚麻酸组成,含量范围依次为75.23%~87.19%(α-桐酸69.83%~84.11%,β-桐酸1.66%~10.14%)、5.40%~9.03%、3.20%~9.42%、1.71%~3.64%、1.86%~2.96%、0.28%~0.79%,平均值依次为81.97%(α-桐酸78.07%,β-桐酸3.91%)、6.88%、5.88%、2.41%、2.30%和0.56%。研究表明:油桐优良家系种子均有较高含油率,不同家系的含油率及桐油的α-β-桐酸、亚油酸、油酸含量差异较大,而硬脂酸、棕榈酸和亚麻酸的含量差异较小。 |

The oil contents of Vernicia fordii seeds from one hundred excellent families were determined by Soxhlet extraction method with light petroleum, and the fatty acid compositions of tung oil were analyzed by GC. The results showed that oil contents of Vernicia fordii seeds were mainly between 50.00% and 60.00%, the highest oil content was 62.55%, the lowest oil content was 46.95%, and the average oil content was 55.24%. Tung oil was mainly composed of eleostearic acid (75.23% - 87.19%, 69.83%-84.11% for α- eleostearic acid, 1.66%-10.14% for β- eleostearic acid), linoleic acid(5.40%-9.03%), oleic acid(3.20%-9.42%), stearic acid(1.71%-3.64%), palmitic acid (1.86%-2.96%)and linolenic acid(0.28%-0.79%).The average values of them were 81.97%(78.07% for α- eleostearic acid and 3.91% for β- eleostearic acid),6.88%,5.88%,2.41%,2.30% and 0.56%, respectively. The results indicated that the oil contents of Vernicia fordii seeds from excellent families were high, and the variances were significant in the oil content and the contents of α- eleostearic acid, β- eleostearic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid, while the variances were not significant in the contents of stearic acid, palmitic acid and linolenic acid from different families. |
