采用TBHQ、BHT、VE、VC、植酸5种抗氧化剂,通过不同添加量与不同配方组合研究抗氧化剂的种类与配方对冷榨火麻油保质期的影响。结果表明:TBHQ的抗氧化效果显著,添加量0.01%可以实现冰箱冷藏条件下火麻油保质期达到18个月,添加量0.02%使其保质期达到24个月,天然抗氧化剂中VE的抗氧化效果最好,添加量0.04%时,在冷藏条件下,火麻油的保质期可达7个月。 |

Five kinds of antioxidants, including TBHQ, BHT, VE ,VC and phytic acid, were used in Cannabis oil with different dosages and formula to study the effects of antioxidant on the shelf life of cold-pressed Cannabis oil. The results showed that TBHQ was the most effective antioxidant of Cannabis oil. With the dosage of TBHQ 0.01%, the shelf life of Cannabis oil could reach 18 months under refrigeration, and the shelf life could be extended to 24 months with the dosage of TBHQ 0.02%. The antioxidant effect of VE was the best among natural antioxidants, and the shelf life could reach seven months under refrigeration when the dosage was 0.04%. |
