Bio-aviation kerosene was prepared from Jatropha oil by one-step hydrogenation with Pt/SAPO-11 as catalyst. The impacts of reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure, ratio of oil to catalyst, reaction time and stirring speed on C8-C16 ratio and C8-C16 isomerization rate were studied. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 290?℃, hydrogen pressure 2.5 MPa, ratio of oil to catalyst 10∶?1, reaction time 3 h and stirring speed 200 r/min. Under the optimal conditions, the C8-C16 ratio and C8-C16 isomerization rate were 69.2% and 1901%, respectively. The performance of the distillation product was detected, and each index met the standard of GB 6537—2006 No. 3 jet fuel. |
