主要研究了波长色散型X射线荧光光谱法(WDXRF)在测定大豆中矿物质元素的应用。实验采用硼酸垫底压片制样,利用基本参数法(FP)建立标准曲线,测定样品中的矿物素元素含量。同时利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行验证。结果表明:WDXRF对大豆中的Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Cu、Zn 6种矿物质元素含量的检测是快速有效的。建立了大豆中这6种矿物质元素ICP-AES测量值与WDXRF测量值的经验线性模型y=ax+b,且Ca、Mn、Cu、Zn元素模型的相关度较好。 |

The application of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (WDXRF) in the determination of mineral elements in soybean was mainly studied.With standard curve established via FP method, WDXRF method was used to determine the mineral content in soybean samples by boric acid bottom press. At the same time, the results were validated by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method. The results showed that the WDXRF method was fast and effective in determining the contents of six kinds of mineral elements in soybean such as Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Cu and Zn. Therefore, linear model y=ax+b was established about the values obtained by ICP-AES and WDXRF, and the correlations of models in Ca, Mn, Cu and Zn were better. |
