      生物柴油的氧化安定性能差严重制约着生物柴油的发展和商业应用,如何经济有效地改进生物柴油氧化安定性能,一直是研究的热点。总结了添加抗氧化剂法、掺混法和加氢法3种生物柴油氧化安定性能改进方法,分析了各种方法的优点和存在的问题,探讨了新的改进生物柴油氧化安定性能方法,以实现生物柴油氧化安定性能与低温流动性能同步优化和抗氧化剂抗氧化性能与油溶性能同步优化为目的,研发以添加新型抗氧化剂和改变生物柴油酯基结构相结合优化改进生物柴油氧化安定性能新技术,促进生物柴油品质提高和大规模商业化应用,为生物柴油氧化安定性能的改进提供理论和技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      The oxidation stability of biodiesel is too poor to seriously restraint its development and commercial application, its usually a hot research topic about how to improve the oxidation stability of biodiesel economically and efficiently. Three methods to improve the oxidation stability of biodiesel were summarized,including adding antioxidant method, mixing method and hydrogenation method. The advantages and problems of three methods were analyzed, and a new method for improving the oxidation stability of biodiesel was explored, in order to achieve the synchronous optimization of oxidation stability and low temperature fluidity of biodiesel, and simultaneous optimization of antioxidant function and oil-soluble property of antioxidants. A new technology combining with adding new type of antioxidants and changing the biodiesel ester structures to improve the oxidation stability should be researched and developed, so that the quality of biodiesel and its application in large-scale commercial market could be promoted. It provided theoretical and technical support for the improvement of oxidation stability of biodiesel.
