The extraction principles, advantages and disadvantages of commonly used extraction methods of oil-tea camellia seed oil, such as hot pressing, cold pressing, traditional solvent extraction, subcritical extraction, supercritical extraction, aqueous extraction and aqueous enzymatic method were summarized. The extraction rate, fatty acid composition, sensory index, physicochemical index and functional components contents of oil-tea camellia seed oil were compared and analyzed so as to provide reference for the selection of extraction technology of oil-tea camellia seed oil. |
