      水捕集回收干燥冷却机(DC)首层废热具有重要的节能和环保意义。DC首层出口废汽温度通常控制在74?℃,水蒸气含量为22.2%左右,相对湿度80.6%。逆流捕集可将废汽中大部分粕沫捕集下来,并将水加热至70.8?℃,通过刮刀过滤器除去粕沫后,热水给进干燥风机的进口冷风加热,可将冷风温度从25?℃加热至64.8?℃。5 000 t/d大豆加工生产线,增加水捕集节能系统每吨大豆可节约蒸汽消耗7.5 kg,对节约总蒸汽消耗具有明显的效果。

      Water trapping to recovery heat from DC first tray has important energy saving and environmental protection significance. The waste vapor from DC first tray with the temperature of 74?℃,in which has 22.2% steam, results in the relative humidity of 80.6%. By countercurrent contacting, most of fines in the waste vapor were washed down, and water could be heated to 70.8?℃. After fines in the water were removed by scraper filter, the hot water was used to heat the cold wind from drying fan inlet from 25?℃ to 64.8?℃. For 5 000 t/d soybean processing line, adding water trapping system could reduce steam consumption of 7.5 kg/t, and the effect of saving total steam comsuption was obvious.
