The merits of soybean dehulling were introduced, the processes, principles, advantages and disadvantages of hot dehulling, cold dehulling, warm dehulling, front dehulling, post dehulling, whole soybean dehulling, microwave-vacuum dehulling and pre-refrigeration dehulling were compared and analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different types of soybean dehulling machines were described, as well as suggestions for process and equipment optimization were given based on experience, which provided a reference for soybean dehulling. |
