The integrated technology of precision refining and energy conservation & emission reduction on sunflower seed oil was introduced including improving quantitative addition system, pipeline and reaction vessels of acid, alkali and process water in neutralization stage as well as optimizing cryogenic alkali liquor vacuum condensing system. Through optimizing the whole system, the yield of refined oil could increase 1.5 percentage points. The whole system showed higher level of automation, longer service life as well as less material and energy waste in order to reach higher refining yield and higher quality, and the aim of energy conservation and emission reduction was achieved. |
