目前全国大约有80%的家庭食用油的摄入量是超标的,食用油超标可能会导致肥胖、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、心脏病等慢性疾病的增长。由于个体工作、生活方式等诸多因素的差异,消费者很难真正意义上清楚并把控个人的食用油健康摄取量,而以家庭为模式统计并指导居民健康、合理消费食用油,为我们提供了新的思路和途径。通过建立家庭用油统计新模式,当消费者在购买产品时,通过手机扫描食用油产品瓶盖上企业喷印的二维码,链接企业信息平台,信息平台则实时根据消费者家庭档案、每次购买食用油数量、家庭用油统计模型设定的食用油数值,智慧化生成家庭食用油消费统计图,供消费者实时查看,并监控消费者家庭食用油摄取量,以此倡导消费者合理膳食、健康用油,实现以家庭食用油消费的智慧用油新模式。 |

At present, about 80% of households have excessive consumption of edible oil, resulting in the growth of chronic diseases such as obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart disease,etc. Due to the differences of individual work, lifestyle and many other factors, it is difficult for consumers to know and control their own consumption of edible oil in a real sense. Therefore, it provides us with new ideas and ways based on the household model to count and guide residents to consume edible oil in a healthy and reasonable way. Through the establishment of a new statistical model for household oil, when consumers purchase products, they scan the two dimensional bar code printed by the enterprise on the bottle cap of edible oil products by mobile phone, and link to the enterprise information platform. The information platform generates the household edible oil consumption statistics chart intelligently in real time according to the consumers family file, the quantity of edible oil purchased each time, and the edible oil value set by the family oil consumption statistical model for consumers to view in real time and monitor their household oil intake, so as to advocate reasonable diet and healthy oil consumption of consumers, and realize a new wisdom oil consumption model of household edible oil consumption |
