采用顶空固相微萃取法提取美藤果油中的挥发性成分,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分析鉴定,采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果表明:美藤果油中共鉴定出46种挥发性成分,占挥发性成分总量的86.73%,主要有(2E,4E)-2,4-庚二烯醛、(2E,4Z)-2,4-庚二烯醛、乙酰基环己烯、(E,E)-3,5-辛二烯-2-酮、3,5-辛二烯-2-酮、反式-2-戊烯、正己醛、(E)-2-庚烯醛等,以醛类、酮类和烃类化合物为主,并含有少量的醇类和呋喃类化合物。 |

The volatile compounds in sacha inchi oil were analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that a total of 46 volatile compounds were identified in the sacha inchi oil, accounting for 8673% of the total volatile compounds. The main constituents were (2E,4E)-2,4-heptadienal, (2E, 4Z)-2,4-heptadienal, 1-(1-cyclohexen-1-yl)- ethanone, (E,E)-3,5-octadien-2-one, 3,5-octadien-2-one, (E)-2-pentene, hexanal, (E)-2-heptenal. The main compounds were aldehydes, ketones and hydrocarbons, with a small amount of alcohols and furans. |
