1 Manuscript Registration
After successful submission, the system will automatically give the manuscript number and send an email to the author.
2 Preliminary Review
After the manuscript is registered, the journal will conduct the preliminary review of the manuscript, which mainly includes the selection of the topic, innovation, academic quality, writing quality, and the rate of checking the weight of the manuscript. Any manuscript that is considered to be of poor academic level or not in line with the scope of the journal or with too high weight check rate after the preliminary review will be directly withdrawn from the journal and the author will be provided with a brief opinion on the withdrawal of the manuscript; if it is considered that the structure of the manuscript is not reasonable and there is a basis for modification, the author will be provided with the opinion on the withdrawal of the manuscript for modification; manuscripts that have passed the preliminary review will be submitted to the external review experts for a blind review. The first review is very fast, generally one or two working days.
3 External Review
Our journal implements double-blind review, and the peer review opinion is an important reference for deciding whether the manuscript is accepted or not. The time of external review determines the processing time of the paper, and the time of external review depends on the speed of the experts' review.
4 Final Review
After the external review, the editor-in-chief will provide a comprehensive review of the manuscript based on the peer review comments and notify the authors of the review results. There are 4 types of final review results: (1) acceptance; (2) publication after revision; (3) re-review after revision; and (4) withdrawal of the manuscript. For the latter three review results, the journal will give more detailed revision comments for the authors' reference. If the authors have sufficient reasons to refute the review comments, the journal accepts the authors' comments and will submit the manuscript for re-review according to the comments.
5 Authors Return the Revised Manuscript
According to the revised comments provided by the journal, authors need to transmit the revised manuscript to the editorial system within the specified time. Submitting revision instructions and marking the revised parts in the revised manuscript will help to speed up the review time of the manuscript.
6 Review
The editor-in-chief will review the revised manuscript and revision instructions sent back by the authors according to the review comments, and will notify the acceptance of the revised manuscript if it is perfected; manuscripts that have not been revised according to the requirements without sufficient reasons will be returned; if it is necessary to ask for experts to review the manuscript, it will be sent to the external review again; if it is necessary to revise the manuscript, it will be submitted to the retrospective again.
7 Payment of Page Charges
The journal will charge the page charges for the accepted manuscripts according to the length of the manuscript. We will inform you of the amount of page charges by email (authors can also log in the editorial platform to check). To confirm the receipt of the page charge, please add the China oils and fats submission group QQ701355687 and ask Mr Yang for advice. The invoice will be sent to the authors together with the paper acceptance notice, and the authors can check the delivery number through the editorial system.
8 Editing and Finalisation
After the payment of the fee, the manuscript will be grouped into the proposed issue number. Generally, it will be submitted to the responsible editor for processing in the first 4 months of the month of the proposed period, and the editor will put forward modification opinions on the article and submit it to the author for modification according to the standardised format requirements of the journal for article typesetting and through the careful reading of the article content, and the author needs to process the manuscript in time according to the modification opinions and submit it as a revised draft, and the author himself finds that the content that needs to be supplemented and modified can be modified at this stage. After the paper editing and processing, and then by one, two, three, four proofs (clear samples, will be returned to the author of the change), with the final version of the final version, and finally printed and published.
9 Mailing Samples and Remuneration
After the publication of the paper, our company will mail the sample issue to the author or the corresponding author in time and issue the remuneration, and we will provide two sample issues to the author. The recipients of the remuneration will be based on the account number provided by the authors (please note that the authors should consult with the corresponding authors when registering the payee's account information in the editorial system in order to determine the recipients of the remuneration). 10 Statement on Author's Re-submission
If the decision of the journal is not received within 3 months from the date of submission, the authors have the right to re-submit the paper to other journals, but before re-submitting the paper, please write or call to the journal to make a statement (Tel: 029-88617441, E-mail: zyzzoil@163.com).
In addition, authors should note that when submitting the papers funded by fund projects, please provide the materials proving the funding of the fund projects, send to email: zyzzfat@163.com (it is found that there is a problem of indiscriminate labelling of fund projects in some papers).
