The metabolizability curve in production of arachidonic acid by Mortierella alpina was studied by determining five values of three production batch.The results showed that after 7 days of the fermentation,the biomass(dry weight) was 30.650 g/L,sugar consumption was 85.33%,nitrogen consumption was 78.81%,fat content was 17.142 g/L and arachidonic acid content was 7.482 g/L. |
