      电子鼻作为一种快速无损的新型检测技术,广泛应用于食品检测监测领域,近年来在食用油检测中的应用研究也越来越多.主要从采样方式、检测系统以及模式识别技术等方面总结国内外的研究现状,为电子鼻在食用油检测中的应用提供参考.

      Electronic nose as a new,fast and intact testing technology is widely used in many fields.The status at home and abroad was summarized from 3 technical points in the detection of edible oils:sampling mode,detecting system,pattern recognition technology.
