      在有机溶剂体系中分别采用PPL、RMIM和Novo435脂肪酶,催化植物甾醇与棕榈酸合成脂溶性良好的植物甾醇酯。通过单因素实验优化酶法酯化的工艺条件,确定了最优的反应条件:在15 mL正己烷溶剂(分子筛脱水)体系下,反应温度55℃,Novo435脂肪酶添加量15%,植物甾醇0.27 g,底物摩尔比(棕榈酸与甾醇摩尔比)4∶1,反应时间72 h,该条件下酯化率可达36.9%。
