Abstract:
      The production of biodiesel in supercritical methanol by a continuous tubular reaction process was studied.The response surface methodology was employed to evaluate the effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of methanol to oil,reaction time and their interaction on the biodiesel yield.A response equation model was obtained,and the biodiesel production conditions were optimized.The prediction of the equation model showed that the yield of biodiesel as high as 98.74% was obtained at the optimal condition...
