Abstract:
      Isatis indigotica Fort.seed oils were extracted by three kinds methods including solvent extraction at room temperature,Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction,and the fatty acid compositions and oil contents were determined by GC-MS.The results showed that the highest yield was obtained by Soxhlet extraction method;the three methods had no obvious effect on fatty acid composition;the ultrasonic extraction method was an ideal method for the production of seed oil from Isatis indigotica Fort.
