Abstract:
      The radish seed oils rich in isothiocyanate were extracted with dichloromethane from eight kinds of radish seeds.The fatty acid composition,sulforaphene content and antioxidant activity of the oils were analyzed.The results showed that the oil yield was 34.65%-37.91%,and there were many fatty acids in the oils and the main fatty acid were mustard acid(29.45%-35.01%),oleic acid(21.99%-29.59%),linoleic acid(9.53%-13.63%),eicosadienoic acid(8.88%-10.52%),linolenic acid(5.30%-8.35%),palmitic acid(5.37%-5.92%),a...
