      针对芝麻油纯度的定量检测问题,以Villavecchia试验原理为基础,通过反应后颜色深浅与芝麻油含量成正比关系,测出油样中芝麻油含量,以此判定芝麻油的纯度。该方法具有简单、实用、结果可靠等特点。

      Based on the principles of Villavecchia test that the color of the compounds reacted was proportional to sesame oil content,the quantitative determination method of sesame oil was established.The method was simple,practical,precise and so on.
