Abstract:
      Aflatoxin has carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic effect,and it threatens human health seriously because of its high toxicity and a wide range of pollution in food chain.Some researches about the detoxification of aflatoxins were reviewed.Among the detoxification method,the biological method had good prospect.In addition,developing a security,efficient and environmental method for aflatoxin detoxification would become a hot spot in future researches.
