      建立了超高效液相色谱法测定食用植物油中苯并(a)芘的方法.实验采用固相萃取方法提取样品中的苯并(a)芘,用ACQUITY UPLC(R) BEH C(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以0.02mol/L的乙腈-水(体积比为80:20)为流动相,流速0.3 mL/min,柱温25℃,二极管阵列检测器在波长296 nm进行检测.测定在3 min内完成,样品分析的相对标准偏差为2.65%,加标回收率在96.6%-104.8%之间.
