      采用活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化樟树籽油中碳链脂肪酸与乳酸钠酯化合成中碳链脂肪酰乳酸钠,研究了反应物摩尔比(乳酸钠与中碳链脂肪酸摩尔比)、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用童及重复使用次数对中破链脂肪酰乳酸钠产率的影响.结果表明,合成中碳链脂肪酰乳酸钠的适宜工艺条件为:乳酸钠与中碳链脂肪酸摩尔比2.0:1,催化剂用量4%,反应时间60min,反应温度180℃.此条件下中碳链脂肪酰乳酸钠产率可达95.6%,活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸循环重复使用5次,催化效果未见明显下降.乳化性能测试结果表明,中碳链脂肪酰乳酸钠乳化性能优良.
