Abstract:
      This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the feed containing apple seeds and pumpkin seeds at three lipid levels(1%,2% and 3%) in feed on the fatty acid composition in organs of Megalobrama amblycephala.The results indicated that the correlation rate(CR) between fatty acid composition in organs and that in the feed increased along with the increased amount of lipid added to the feed;the effect on the fatty acid composition of the tissues and organs decreased in the order of gut fat,muscle,...
