Abstract:
      The components of oil-tea camellia seed oil and tea seed oil were determined by GC/MS.The results showed that 21 components were detected in the two oils and the main ingredients were the same;the tea seed oil contained 9-carbonyl honanoic acid,and the oil-tea camellia seed oil contained erucic acid,which could be used to identifly the two oils;the oleic acid contents in the tea seed oil and the oil-tea camellia seed oil were 78.377% and 73.201%,respectively;the linoleic acid contents in the two oils were 3...
