Abstract:
      Both flashpoint limit test method and traditional flash point test method for animal and vegetable oils were compared.The analysis of real samples of fats and oils demonstrated that the flashpoint limit test method was more stringent than the traditional method.The flashpoint limit test method was highly recommended to employ among world trade by both ISO and AOCS in an attempt to avoid potential hazards during the transportation,processing and storage especially.
