中文摘要:
      采用超临界CO2结合夹带剂对顶坛花椒籽油进行萃取.以油得率为指标,采用正交试验对提取条件进行优化.结果表明,其最优工艺条件为:压力16 MPa,温度45℃,无水乙醇作夹带剂,添加量为CO2摩尔流量的3%.最佳条件下油得率达21.98%.气相色谱分析显示顶坛花椒籽油富含亚麻酸、棕榈油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,但所得油脂酸值偏高,需进一步精炼.
