Abstract:
      The relationship was studied between crude fat and its fatty acid composition of oil-tea camellia seeds from 34 spots of the national Camellia oleifera main producing areas and the geographic longitude and latitude.The results showed that the crude fat content was negatively correlative with geographic longitude and latitude,and stearic acid content of the seeds oil was negatively correlative with latitude,while oleic acid was remarkably positively correlative with the crude fat content.The change trend of ...
