Abstract:
      Conjugated linoleic acid phytosterol ester was synthesized by lipase Novozym435 in organic solvent.It was found that n-butanol was the best organic solvent through screening test.The condition measured by the degree of esterification(DE) was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiment.The result showed that molar ratio of phytosterol to CLA and dosage of the lipase had no siginificant effect on DE,reaction time had certain effect,and reaction temperature had siginificant effect.The results indicate...
