Abstract:
      The process of low temperature extraction of grape seed oil by 4# solvent was introduced.The meal and crude oil obtained by 4# solvent were compared with those by 6# solvent.The result showed that 4# solvent extraction technology had many merits,such as low residual solvent,high quality of the product,saving solvent and steam,and low processing cost.
